HilRod Group’s Founder and President Mary Rodriguez, CPA, CGMA has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance and tax representation for startup ventures, emerging market leaders and established companies that own their markets. Her deep executive management expertise prompted the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants to award her the prestigious CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant) designation. This premier management consulting credential recognizes advanced proficiency in finance, operations, strategy and management.

During many of these engagements, Mary worked directly with founders, leadership teams and investors, taking on the daily responsibilities for implementing the business plan. While guiding her clients as they grow their businesses, Mary draws on her background as a CPA and her personal experiences as a serial entrepreneur and finance executive. She maintains her CPA status in Georgia and Florida.
A Fellow with the Georgia Society of CPAs, Mary has contributed her time and talents to Atlanta Venture Forum, the Association for Corporate Growth, The Women’s Finance Exchange and the National Association of Women Business Owners.
